Refund & Cancellation Policy
High Stakes for Hope is a charity fundraiser. Every dollar raised supports Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation and The Kidney Foundation of Canada. Because this is a fixed-date event and your purchase funds the cause, please review this policy before you buy.
All sales are final. All ticket, package, and sponsorship purchases are non-refundable. When you complete your order, you are making a financial commitment to a charitable event, and we begin putting those funds to work toward the cause and event costs right away.
Tickets and packages are transferable. Plans change. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket or package to someone else. Send the new attendee’s name and contact details to [email protected] at least 7 days before the event, and we will update the guest list. To change a sponsorship, contact us directly.
If the event is cancelled or postponed. If High Stakes for Hope is postponed, your purchase will be honoured at the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled outright, the organizers will, at their discretion, offer you one of the following: a credit toward a future event, the option to convert your purchase into a tax-receiptable donation, or a refund. We will contact you within 14 days of any cancellation with next steps.
Refund processing. Any refund issued at the organizers’ discretion is returned to the original payment method. Payment processing fees may be deducted, as these are not returned to us when a refund is issued.

Terms and Conditions
These terms govern purchases made through highstakesforhope.com for the High Stakes for Hope charity poker tournament and gala, taking place October 3-4, 2026 at Caesars Windsor.
The event: High Stakes for Hope is a charity fundraiser presented by All In Content and Spectre Cares in support of Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation and The Kidney Foundation of Canada. The poker tournament is a recreational charity tournament.
Purchases
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Tickets and entries
- A gala ticket admits one guest to the gala dinner on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
- A poker entry provides one buy-in to the tournament. Tournament rules, structure, and start times are communicated ahead of the event.
- Tickets and entries are delivered electronically to the email used at checkout. Bring your confirmation (printed or on your phone) to the event.
- Guests must be 19 or older to attend.
Sponsorships
- Sponsorship benefits (gala tickets, poker entries, signage, mentions, social media, and naming rights where applicable) are delivered as described on the product page and in the sponsorship guide.
- To receive branding benefits, sponsors must provide logo files and required assets by September 20 so we can include them in event materials.
- Naming rights on the Diamond and 7 Stars tiers are an optional upgrade arranged directly with the organizers.
Conduct: Caesars Windsor and the event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from your purchase or attendance.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
